What we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email address and the signup source, such as homepage, about page, or a specific guide page. Netlify may store a copy of the form submission, and Kit manages the mailing list, confirmation emails, unsubscribe status, and delivery metadata.
How we use it
We use your email address to send The Daily Draw Down, manage unsubscribes, understand which pages convert, and keep the list healthy. We do not sell subscriber information.
Service providers
The site uses Netlify for hosting and forms, Kit for email delivery, xAI for newsletter synthesis, and ntfy.sh for operational notifications. Those services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in any email. If you want your subscriber record removed rather than simply unsubscribed, reply to an issue and ask for deletion.
